Lemongrassmusic present the 2nd album „Butterfly“ by Japanese music producer and Ambient live musician Keisuke Sakai from Tokyo.
After Keisuke had moved to rural Japan in 2012 he began producing Ambient sounds for museum exhibitions, installations, performing arts and workshops. The result was his first EP „Wa No Ne“ containing the track „Mizu Sumu“ (Purifying Water) which was played more than 2 million times on Spotify by now.
After that Keisuke has spent eight years in Hokuriku in West Japan near the sea (2014 to 2022), and also traveled to other rural areas very often. The landscape of the Japanese countryside is pictoresque
and lush and he has drawn a lot of inspiration from the historical buildings and traditions that still
exist in that area. Now Keisuke is introducing his new 7 tracks album full of the spirit of his country’s culture and connection to nature.
