Lemongrassmusic are delighted to present “Kingston Night”, a captivating new EP by Italian musician and producer Gian Delly, marking his first venture into the fascinating world of Dub Reggae.
Long inspired by the genre’s distinctive rhythms, deep basslines and endless possibilities for musical exploration, Gian Delly now brings his own creative vision to this timeless sound. Following a journey to California, where warm summer days and laid-back coastal vibes sparked fresh inspiration, he began experimenting with a colourful fusion of Dub Reggae, electronic textures and diverse musical influences.
The story continues in Kingston, Jamaica, the spiritual home of Reggae and Dub. Here, Gian Delly transforms his musical impressions into an atmospheric journey through the city, unfolding from the golden glow of sunset to the gentle light of a new morning.
Along the way, hypnotic grooves, playful melodies and spacious Dub effects create an ever-changing landscape of moods and emotions. Each track reveals a different shade of Kingston’s vibrant spirit, combining the genre’s unmistakable roots with Gian Delly’s personal touch and adventurous approach to production.
“Kingston Night” is a warm, imaginative and refreshingly unconventional musical excursion, where the relaxed spirit of Reggae meets the creative freedom of modern electronic music. A perfect soundtrack for balmy evenings, dreamy sunsets and those magical hours when night slowly turns into day.
