„L’attente“ is the brand new 8 tracks album from French musician and producer Stéphane Klepper (alias Eskadet) who once again proposes a spiritual travel accross questions about life, destiny (if there is one…), complexity, doubts, dreams, friendship, love – but always with the same final target : appeasement, hope, joy, and beauty.
This music is fully inspired by beautiful places where Stéphane has the chance to live, most of all in Corsica where he is finding back his historical roots. Alps mountains, mediterranean landscapes and fragrances are everywhere in his production, sometimes we can also discern some Asian touches.
Those who follow this artist will recognize the typical Eskadet sound signature: large pads, complex and glitchy rhythms, ghostly voices and atmospheres, softly saturated leads.
Each track tries to propose an opened story for your imagination, inviting you to let yourself go and carry. Each track is made to be listened to for a few times without having the same interpretation, letting you discover new little sounds and details suggesting you a new direction.
Stéphane is always producing in the same way : a track is never preconceived in advance. The first step is a sound, a rhythm, or an atmosphere, and a momentary state of mind. As a living being, the track is built by himself, naturally, letting the inspiration speak freely – thanks to Electronic infinite and magic tools.
